I did it, I sucked it up so I can stop sucking it in. I signed back up for WeightWatchers, with much better results from last time, it’s been 2 weeks and I’m currently 4.5lb down.

Although I am finding it super difficult to go for a piece of fruit rather than a pack of mini Party Rings, I’m certainly on the right track.

It’s been amazing so far – I know I’ve been losing a great amount but I’ve eaten kebabs, McDonald’s and family meals out in the transition period… it just proves that you don’t need to completely overhaul your eating preferences but just tweak a few habits on the way.

I can’t wait to see how much I’ll lose when I don’t have impromptu family gatherings and poorly planned days out. No more excuses.
