Chicken Wraps

What’s a better meal to have surrounded by your family?

Slow-cooked chicken wraps, served with salad and homemade guacamole, that’s what!

Now I’m not going to insult you’re intelligence, we all know how to cook chicken. Chicken wraps came to 8 smartpoints (serves 3) and the guac another 3 (serves 4). (Ignore the potato salad, that didn’t count, and I didn’t make it so your guess is better than mine!)

I’ll break it down –

  • 3 chicken breasts, skinless – 5 sp
  • 1 small carton of passata – zero hero!
  • 1 large onion – zero hero!
  • 200g of tinned sweetcorn – 6 sp (It still breaks my heart to hear how many points sweetcorn has! </3)
  • Mixed herbs – zero hero!
  • 6 WeightWatchers tortilla wraps – 19 sp
  • – and as much salad as you can stomach – zero hero!

Approximately 579 kcal – 65g carbs – 4g fat – 50g protein – 9g sugar

And the guacamole was made for family of 3 who’re made for all things garlic…

  • 1 avocado – 10 sp
  • cherry tomatoes – as many as you fancy, halved – zero heroes!
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed – zero hero!
  • 3 spring onions – zero hero!
  • salt and pepper

A total of 3 sp!

Approximately 185 kcal – 28g carbs – 6g fat – 6g protein – 2g sugar
